Motivation to Lose Weight

Finding the motivation to lose weight is very essential for weight loss. Well, you may have a different opinion but I believe that if you want to lose weight, there must be something to avoid or look forward to as you strive to attain your weight loss goal.

For some, the motivation to lose weight comes from seeking to avoid the snide comments they receive about their weight and shape and size. They want to avoid such comments by all means. The means available to them is to lose weight.

For some, their motivation comes from the expectation that they will be more mobile when they lose weight. Their weight and size has made them couch potatoes and perpetually living sedentary lives. They look forward to an opportunity to move out and live life like the rest of them that are slim, slender and have appropriate weight. 

There are many other reasons you may have for wanting to lose weight.
