People become overweight and obese when they neglect to take care of themselves.
When you do not watch what you eat and do not care when you eat, you are very likely to become fat and overweight and obese.
Overeating is one of the main reasons people gain weight and get fat.
Avoid overeating in two ways:
- Eat smaller portions
- Eat small meals throughout the day as opposed to taking one or two very heavy meals during the day.
Exercise to burn fat, lose weight and be fit and trim. Exercising will also improve your overall health.
