Why are Thin People not Fat?

Why are thin people not fat and why are fat people not thin? The answers to this question about fat and obesity and thinness and overweight appear simple.

However, medically, scientifically and biologically, the answer is 'blowin in the wind'.

You can imagine a situation where identical twins start out looking alike and after a short time, one becomes fat and the other is normal. They ate the same food and drank the same drinks but turn out different.

I do not have the answer to the question. However, thin, fat, obese, overweight and obesity are related in some way and yet different in other ways.

The documentary below will try to find answers to why thin people are not fat and why fat people are not thin.
I hope it will help you to explain why you are thin instead of fat or fat instead of thin. It may also explain why you are overweight or otherwise.

Finally, do not eat yourself to death. Do your best to eat well but not overdo it.
Your life is worth much more than the food you eat.
